Which pathway is best for you?
Soothe, Relax and Calm your Mind, Body and Spirit
Take just 15 minutes to relax your mind, body and spirit. Find a comfortable place to sit or lie down on a couch/bed and make sure you won't be disturbed for around 15/20 minutes. This relaxation is intended to be listened to using headphones. If you're listening via your device speaker you may find the volume to be low.
Do not listen to this relaxation whilst driving a car or other vehicle, or operating machinery.
