There are 2 main pathways I can support you:
I may use one, or a combination of the therapies listed below to help you achieve your desired outcome.
- Hands on therapeutic treatments mainly focus on physical health and wellbeing, easing symptoms such as pain, headaches, muscle and joint tension, etc.
- Psychological/behavioural health and wellbeing treatments focus on coaching to support positive behaviour change. For example: fears, phobias, motivation, low mood, fatigue, stress, anxiety, addiction recovery etc.
