Confidentiality and Professional Standards

I operate a strict code of confidentiality and as such guarantee that I will not divulge information about who I see in my practice, nor any information shared during our sessions that can be attributed in anyway. The only exception to this is if I believe you or someone else is at immediate risk, or I become aware of criminal activity in which case I reserve the right to contact the relevant authorities and disclose pertinent information to them.

I will treat you with dignity and respect at all times during our appointments and provide a safe and non-judgemental setting in which to explore and resolve any issues you wish to address. In return, I ask that you commit to the therapy/coaching process by keeping appointments, arriving on time and undertaking any agreed exercises between sessions.

Booking Your Appointment and Cancellation Policy

1-2-1 Appointments

To ensure fairness and smooth scheduling for all clients, I request that appointments are paid for at time of booking. Therefore, appointments booked are provisional until payment is received.

I understand that life happens and sometimes plans need to change. Therefore, should you decide not to go ahead and/or no payment is received 48 hours prior to the appointment, then that space will become available in the diary for another client. 

Once payment is received you will receive an email confirmation and receipt of payment. 



​Cancellation policy:

  • No refund will be given for 'no-shows' or if the appointment is cancelled with less than 24 hours notice.​
  • A cancelled session can be re-scheduled if more than 24 hours notice is given. I will do my best to reschedule your appointment in the case of difficult circumstances.
  • If I have to cancel the treatment session for any reason then a full refund will be given.

Training and Workshops

You will normally be asked to pay a (non-returnable) deposit to reserve your place on the workshop with the balance to be paid as stated in each training/workshop information. Some training/workshops will require the full amount to be paid when reserving your place.

No refund will be given if you cancel your place on the training/workshop at late notice usually within one week prior to the start of the training/workshop. I will do my best to reschedule your training/workshop in the case of difficult circumstances. If I have to cancel a training event or workshop I will do my best to reschedule an alternative suitable date or provide a full refund.

Time Keeping

It's important that we start each appointment/workshop on time. In the event that you are late this will result in a shorter appointment/workshop for you and may affect the availability of future appointments and attendance at training/workshops.
