Confidentiality and Professional Standards
I operate a strict code of confidentiality and as such guarantee that I will not divulge information about who I see in my practice, nor any information shared during our sessions that can be attributed in anyway. The only exception to this is if I believe you or someone else is at immediate risk or I become aware of criminal activity in which case I reserve the right to contact the relevant authorities and disclose pertinent information to them.
I will treat you with dignity and respect at all times during our appointments and provide a safe and non-judgemental setting in which to explore and resolve any issues you wish to address. In return I ask that you commit to the therapy/coaching process by keeping appointments, arriving on time and undertaking any agreed exercises between sessions.
Cancellation Policy
1-2-1 Appointments
The cancellation policy is:
In any therapeutic/coaching work it's important to keep to scheduled appointments whenever possible as these will be planned at agreed intervals to get the best results possible. The strict cancellation policy is to help ensure you stick with the therapy/coaching process so you can get the best from it. The policy applies, irrespective of reason for late cancellation, including sickness. Appointments will usually last an hour and can be up to 2 hours for your first appointment if you have booked for Hypnosis, EFT, and/or Life Coaching.
Training and Workshops
You will normally be asked to pay a (non-returnable) deposit to reserve your place on the workshop with the balance to be paid as stated in each training/workshop information. Some training/workshops will require the full amount to be paid when reserving your place.
No refund will be given if you cancel your place on the training/workshop at late notice usually within one week prior to the start of the training/workshop. I will do my best to reschedule your training/workshop in the case of difficult circumstances. If I have to cancel and training event or workshop I will do my best to reschedule an alternative suitable date or provide a full refund.
Time Keeping
It's important that we start each appointment/workshop on time and in the event that you are late this will result in a shorter appointment/workshop for you and may affect the availability of future appointments and attendance at training/workshops.

- Payment in full is required at time of booking. No refund for 'no-shows' or if you cancel your appointment and give less than 24 hours notice.
