A radical healing therapy - Emotional Freedom Techniques (EFT) - based on the ancient principles of acupuncture has proved to be dramatically effective. It looks and feels bizzare but EFT can produce dramatic results and reduce therapy time from months or years down to minutes or hours. One of the main theories of EFT is that all negative emotions are caused by an imbalance in the body’s energy system.
