What happens at your free consultation?

Your free 15 minute initial consultation is very relaxed and informal.  It will give me the opportunity to find out more about you and be in a better position to advise you the best way forward.  I'll give you a clearer idea of what to expect and what techniques/treatment(s) I will use to help you achieve the results you're looking for.  This relaxed consultation will also give you the opportunity to ask any questions you may have and to meet me and know that you'll feel comfortable working with me. It's very informal and there's no obligation to make another appointment. 

Here are some of the treatments and therapies I might use to help you make the changes you'd like to make:
Making that first life-changing phone call can feel like a big step and takes courage, however from that very first phone call you'll feel more relaxed, motivated confident and be clearer about the way forward - even if that's not moving forward with me.
