Reiki level I is primarily for self-healing although the new Reiki healer, by placing their hands on another person, becomes a channel for the Reiki energy to be received by the other person. This one-day workshop introduces you to the Reiki Energy, the history of Reiki, its uses and hand positions for healing. The main emphasis of the workshop is gaining practical, hands-on experience working with the Reiki Energy so there will be plenty of opportunity to practice working with the energy throughout the workshop. Tuition is supported by the Reiki I Manual, Reiki Level I Certificate and follow up guidance and support if required.
