CalmPoint Ear Acupressure Pack to help safely relieve the symptoms of stress and anxiety. Each pack contains 20 seeds that you can apply to specific points on each ear. Each CalmPoints pack contains enough seeds for 5 treatments. One treatment can last up to one week.
Ear seeds are used in Traditional Chinese Medicine and designed to be applied to the skin surface as an alternative to traditional acupuncture needles which are inserted into the skin. Each round seed is approximately 1 mm in diameter and is applied to the ear on a hypo-allergenic plaster that measures approximately 7 mm in diameter. Do not use the seeds if you are pregnant.
