Divine Relief -  Acupressure Points to help Relieve Stress, Anxiety and Pain

Based on the principles of Traditional Chinese Medicine and Acupuncture Meridians the acupressure points are often used to support acupuncture treatments and to continue the therapeutic work away from the clinic. The acupressure points can also be used at home as part of your self-care routine and ear points can be used in conjunction with CalmPoint Ear Seeds. Lots of my clients successfully use these acupressure points to manage their symptoms.

Acupressure Point Instructions

Apply firm pressure to each point for 2-5 minutes several times a day, breathing slowly and deeply as you gently but firmly massage/apply pressure (don't rub) to each point. Sometimes the points feel a little tender to begin with - that's usually a sign that those points need to be worked on - so you're on the right track. It goes without saying however, if you experience discomfort or pain that doesn't ease or concerns you please stop and consult a qualified Acupuncture Practitioner.
