Practical Living for the Cycles of Women
Date: TBC
Venue: House for an Art Lover, Glasgow
Adele, Maureen and Chele invite you for a Retreat Day to address the current challenges faced by women mentally, physically, and emotionally. Armed with tools for positive personal growth and change, you will leave feeling informed, empowered and energised!
Set in the beautiful grounds of House for an Art Lover in Glasgow, this event welcomes you to a fun, enlightening, supportive space to learn new ways to deal with the challenges you, or someone you may know, encounter at work, home, in relationships or life in general. The cycles of living for women today very often include dealing with health challenges, whilst juggling work, family and day to day living. Loss in confidence, memory, pain (physical and emotional), are only some of the consequences of this ‘dis-ease’ that settles in when we are busy navigating the road ahead. With our combined professional and personal life experience (almost 100 years between us!) we offer hope and healing, strategies and skills with a sprinkling of laughter and lunch to promote insight, resilience and inner connection.
Some examples of tools and techniques will include mindfulness, meditation, nlp, reiki and broader energy work that can facilitate positive mind shift and deeper connection to self. You will have the opportunity to experiment and play with a variety of techniques that you can apply to the everyday cycles of life.
Lunch, Tea/coffee & refreshments will be provided throughout the day.
To ensure the best possible experience on this retreat, spaces are limited. Early purchase of tickets is advisable.
